About Us:
Marckennedy’s Vision Incorporated for the Young Adults (MVI) is a non-profit agency committed to empowering at-risk young adults in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Through strategic partnerships with local school districts, industry leaders, colleges, and the juvenile court system, MVI offers comprehensive mentorship, vocational training, and career development programs. Our mission is to create opportunities for employment, education, and self-sufficiency by equipping youth with hands-on experience and job-ready skills. With a focus on inclusion, equity, and access, we foster transformation and long-term impact within the community. Through collaboration, grants, and funding, we aim to drive hope, growth, and lasting change.

We partner with experienced professionals and training programs to offer hands-on education in fields that are hiring now. And because we’re a non-profit, we help cover the cost of your training through donations, scholarships, and sponsorships — so finances don’t stand in your way.
