Marckennedy Joel Fils-Aimé is a visionary founder, executive strategist,
and civic champion whose career spans multiple industries and crosses
international borders. Born and raised in Pestel, Haiti, shaped by
resilience, discipline, and an unrelenting belief in human potential, he
arrived in the United States not simply to pursue success but to build
institutions that would create it for others.
As Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Marckennedy
Vision Incorporated (MVI), he has built an organization anchored in
service, accountability, and transformational leadership.
His professional record is as broad as it is distinguished. As General
Manager of Radio Express International (1530 WYMM AM), he
mastered the intersection of media, communication, and community
voice. As Assistant Branch Manager at Secure Watch ADT, he
demonstrated operational precision and leadership under pressure. As a
licensed insurance agent, he brings regulatory fluency and riskmanagement acumen to every initiative he leads.
A four-sport athlete and track champion, Marckennedy carries the
qualities of elite competition discipline, strategic thinking, and
perseverance directly into his executive leadership philosophy. He leads
not by position alone, but by example, energy, and an uncompromising
standard of integrity.
His academic formation spans theology, business management, and
criminal justice, a triad that reflects his understanding that strong
institutions require spiritual grounding, operational excellence, and a
commitment to justice. He holds a degree in Theology from Providence
International Christian University and is currently pursuing a B.S. in
Criminal Justice at Colorado Technical University.
