Why Choose Us

At MVI, we believe in giving you a hand up — not a handout.

As traditional jobs vanish due to automation and college becomes increasingly unaffordable, many people are left searching for a better path. That’s where we come in. MVI is a non-profit charity dedicated to helping individuals gain real-world skills through accessible vocational training — without the burden of student debt.

We partner with experienced professionals and training programs to offer hands-on education in fields that are hiring now. And because we’re a non-profit, we help cover the cost of your training through donations, scholarships, and sponsorships — so finances don’t stand in your way.

We’re starting in local communities with the goal of growing across America and eventually around the world. Whether you’re launching your career, changing direction, or getting a fresh start, MVI is here to support you every step of the way.

When you join MVI, you’re not just learning a trade — you’re joining a global movement. You’re not just good — you’re global

She earned her Practical Nursing certification through BOCES Vocational School and completed her Associate of Science in Nursing at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Today, she is furthering her academic mission by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Western Governors University (WGU) testament to her belief that education is both a personal investment and a public responsibility.

Denise Lormeus

Executive General Supervisor Officer (ESGVO)

Professional Profile

Denise Lormeus is a respected executive leader and organizational strategist known for disciplined management, careful planning, and a strong commitment to high standards. Born and raised in Haiti, she has upheld the values of resilience, purpose, and service for over 20 years of work, demonstrating leadership that spans borders and remains true to her roots. As the Executive General Supervisor Officer (ESGVO) and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team at Marckennedy Vision Incorporated (MVI), Denise takes on important day-to-day and long-term tasks. She manages all department operations, keeps MVI’s goals on track, and helps leaders make decisions. Her role adds both order and focus to MVI’s daily and future plans. Denise leads with a management style based on three important rules: keeping all matters private, being fully responsible at every level, and leading with honesty, where integrity is expected, not just hoped for. She follows these rules every day in her leadership. Besides her work at MVI, Denise brings ideas shaped by her community work and civic involvement. Her ongoing commitment to helping Haitian communities and new generations shapes her work ethic: she knows the places we build today must deserve the people they serve in the future.
